How and when did you discover CrossFit?  

In 2017 my son Jack went with a friend and I would go and watch him. It took me until August of 2020 to try it out myself with EverProven.

How has CrossFit affected you since you started?  

I’m alive now, before I had no desire to enjoy life.

What class do you normally attend?   

4:00 pm 

What are your short and long term goals?    

My short term goal was to no longer have to take medication for health issues. I have just achieved that! 

My long term goal is to start teaching CrossFit to people with disabilities.

What’s your favorite WOD/movement?   

Power cleans are my favorite movement. 

What’s your LEAST favorite WOD/movement?   

My least favorite movement is front squats.

What is one interesting fact many people don’t know about you?  

I survived 48 hrs on a tropical island after my boat engine stop working during a storm.
