Our coaches use a combination of functional and athletic movements, including strength, balance, coordination, agility and cardiovascular endurance. Our programming will teach kids ages 5-18 to fall in love with fitness, making it FUN and accessible to all levels!

A self-improvement, Youth Athlete Development System that takes the emphasis off of the amount of weights lifted and places it on mastering skills, and mastering the self. Education, accountability, mindfulness with the foundations of fitness. Ages 12-18.

Treehouse Kids

Are you looking for fun activities for your kids? Are your kids interested in fitness? Look no further! Treehouse Kids at EverProven is just for your family. Kids will increase their strength, build aerobic capacity, and learn new exercises, all while having fun and building confidence. Ages 5-11
