Our coaches use a combination of functional and athletic movements, including strength, balance, coordination, agility and cardiovascular endurance. Our programming will teach kids ages 13-18 to fall in love with fitness, making it FUN and accessible to all levels!

Why our kids program?

Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, teamwork, self-accountability, and confidence.

A combination of movements such as calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting will be
introduced and explored.

Our coaches use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment and coach each child at his to her level, allowing each child to experience challenge and reward every class.

Fun fitness games, relays and teamwork play a huge role in these classes.


Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.

Healthy habits

Our classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.

Teamwork & leadership

Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.


Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.
