CrossFit

A CrossFit class is structured in a group fitness setting led by a qualified coach. The coach will give both group and individualized instruction during class to ensure all movements are performed safely and successfully. Class consists of a dynamic warm-up, mobility, a strength movement or skill practice, and finally a Metcon (metabolic conditioning). Every workout can be scaled to your current fitness level.

Legends (50+)

Our CrossFit strength and conditioning program geared for athletes over 50 years old. When we designed EverProven’s Legends Program, our idea was that while CrossFit is broad, general, and inclusive for everyone, it’s a fact that as we age, we have different needs from when we were younger.

Inbalance Pilates

InBalance is the class you have been looking for to enhance your CrossFit experience, this class will improve your range of motion, speed recovery time after an intense week of workouts, this class focuses on working from the core outward. You will increase your core strength which will help your overall lifting, mobile stretching will give you the flexibility you need to get full range of motion in your CrossFit classes and give you that mindbody aspect to keep you grounded.

Strength & Conditioning

Saturday morning barbell discipline class with enough time for technique analysis in between sets by Coach Royce. This class will work on technique first for SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift), along with barbell accessory movements, ROM training and sled work.

TRX

A mix of resistance and movements to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. This class has timed interval sets combined with TRX exercises combined with strength and cardio moves. This class is available for all levels of athletes.
