A CrossFit class is structured in a group fitness setting led by a qualified coach. The coach will give both group and individualized instruction during class to ensure all movements are performed safely and successfully. Class consists of a dynamic warm-up, mobility, a strength movement or skill practice, and finally a Metcon (metabolic conditioning). Every workout can be scaled to your current fitness level.
Our CrossFit strength and conditioning program geared for athletes over 50 years old. When we designed EverProven’s Legends Program, our idea was that while CrossFit is broad, general, and inclusive for everyone, it’s a fact that as we age, we have different needs from when we were younger.
Youth Strength Academy
A self-improvement, Youth Athlete Development System that takes the emphasis off of the amount of weights lifted and places it on mastering skills, and mastering the self. Education, accountability, mindfulness with the foundations of fitness. Ages 12-18.
Have a TRX at home and have no idea how to use it? Have interest in learning what TRX is all about? Join Coach Sara’s small group 4-week monthly session. You will be introduced to the basic movements, concentration on form, technique while maximizing your workout. Coach Sara will share several programs you can do at home or build into your current fitness regiment
Do you homeschool your kids? Are you looking for fun activities to do during the day? Are your kids interested in fitness? Look no further! Treehouse Kids at EverProven is just for your family. Kids will increase their strength, build aerobic capacity, and learn new exercises, all while having fun and building confidence.
PRVN Lift is a class that focuses solely on Olympic Lifting technique. Programming includes Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, and pushing and pulling accessory work. This is a great class to learn the basics of strength and weightlifting while not losing a lot of conditioning. Beginning to intermediate lifters will see great progress and veterans will be challenged. PRVN Lift is included in all regular memberships.
