How and when did you discover CrossFit?
Heard from my cousin in 2018.
How has CrossFit affected you since you started?
I used to do regular gym before but I was never able to lift as heavy as I do now and I also like that how CrossFit has changed my body.

What class do you normally attend?
I used to go to 5:30 am regularly but schedule has been little messed up at work lately so currently I am all over the classes.
What are your short and long term goals?
Want to learn double under and bar muscle ups
