Finding the CrossFit Class that is Best for You

CrossFit is for everybody. Regardless of your age or athletic level, there are an immense amount of physical and mental health benefits that come from not only just moving your body, but from participating in CrossFit classes. While the idea of joining a CrossFit gym may seem intimidating to some, EverProven offers a variety of different CrossFit classes and personal training opportunities for whatever stage of life you are in. Not only that, but you get the opportunity to become part of an amazing community of people that uplift you and offer you support during not only your fitness journey, but through everything life may throw your way. 

General CrossFit Classes 

A general CrossFit class is structured in a group fitness setting led by one of our many certified coaches who provides both individual and group instructions during the entirety of the class. CrossFit classes consist of a dynamic warm-up, mobility, a strength movement or skill practice, and a metcon, or metabolic conditioning. Every workout has the ability to be scaled to the individual’s current fitness level, and classes are offered multiple times a day so they can easily accommodate your fitness level and your schedule!

Legends

Legends is a CrossFit class geared for athletes over fifty years old. These classes follow the same format as a General CrossFit class, and are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. EverProven’s Legend Program is inclusive for everyone, a great community, and a class that appreciates that as we age, we have different needs as athletes compared to when we were younger. While growing older may be something not a lot of people don’t look forward to, you may be surprised how much you can accomplish by pushing yourself and trying something you thought you may never be capable of. 

Youth Programs

EverProven provides the  opportunity for your kids to be involved in a new fun activity while also combining fitness. We provide two different programs geared towards kids for two different age groups. 

  1. Youth Strength Academy

Geared towards kids between the ages of 12-18, the Youth Strength Academy focuses on self-improvement, and takes the emphasis off of the amount of weight and focuses on mastering skills and mastering the self. It enforces education, accountability, and mindfulness, and is a great way for your kids to learn the importance of, and to prioritize fitness in their routine as they grow older, and to grow confidence in themselves as individuals. This program is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm.

  1. Treehouse Kids

Treehouse kids is geared toward children between the age of 5-11, and is a great intro for your children on the importance of fitness at a young age. This is a great opportunity for kids to have fun in an enjoyable and safe environment, but to also increase strength, build aerobic exercises, learn new exercises, and involve themselves in an uplifting community. This program is offered Tuesday mornings at 10:00am, and Thursday nights at 5:45pm.

Personal Training

Not only does Everproven provide a multitude of different group classes for all age groups, but they also provide the opportunity to work with one of our certified personal trainers. Working with one of our expert coaches gives you the opportunity to create individualized goals, and receive the personalized attention you deserve. Personalized instruction means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your needs. You can train on your own time with a coach of your choosing, and our coaches work around your schedule and flexibility. Whether or not you have goals already, your coach can help you make them achievable!

Nutrition Coaching

Physical training isn’t the only thing we should be prioritizing when trying to live a healthy and active life. Prioritizing your nutrition is one of the best ways to improve your health and maintain your results in the gym! Making changes to your nutrition can be overwhelming at first, but at EverProven, you can remove the unknown and let one of our professional nutrition coaches develop a nutrition plan just for you!
