How and when did you discover CrossFit & what concerns or problems did you have before you started?
I originally discovered CrossFit about 4 years ago and like most people I had some anxiety about whether it was the right fitness program for me. It didn’t take me long to figure out that it was and that I really enjoyed it.
What results have you gotten so far?
I had almost no barbell experience prior to CrossFit and couldn’t even tell you what an Olympic lift was 4 years ago. I have a long way to go but feel like I have made the most progress in my lifts and I have learned to love front squats.
What is different about EverProven services?
I’m kind of a gym rat so I like the fact that I can access the gym 7 days a week even during non-class hours.
What would you tell someone that is on the fence about joining EverProven?
CrossFit is really for everyone and if you want to change your life EverProven is a great place to start.
What is one interesting fact many people don’t know about you?
I’m older than all of your parents. 😉 Um, let’s see… I can still do a handstand on my skateboard.
