How and when did you discover CrossFit?
I discovered CrossFit July 2021 when I moved from Boston to Dover. My parents had heard about Everproven and suggested I give it a try. After one onboarding session with Sara I signed up.
How has CrossFit affected you since you started?
Since last July I’ve felt generally stronger and healthier. I am very competitive and I value being in good shape, and CrossFit has provided me with a place to get both of those things. Lastly, it has influenced me to pay closer attention to my nutrition and I plan to continuously improve it moving forward.
What class do you normally attend?
What are your short and long term goals?
A few of my short term goals are to work on strengthening my hips/abs and improving my mobility. My long term goal is to get a strict bar muscle up.

What is one interesting fact many people don’t know about you?
I’m an adrenaline seeker and like to do things like cliff jumping and white water rafting in the summer.
