How and when did you discover CrossFit?
I discovered CrossFit in while I was in high school and always had an interest in it. However it was not until two months ago after graduating college I actually started.
How has CrossFit affected you since you started?
Although it has only been a couple months, I have a much better understanding of my physical well-being. And the people that make up EverProven have actually helped me look forward to going to classes every day.
What class do you normally attend?
I normally try to go to the 5:15pm class, but sometimes I get lazy and push it off to the 6:30 class.

What are your short and long term goals?
Short-term goals: Take part in my 1st CrossFit Open! Long-term goals: Improve my mobility and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
What’s your favorite WOD/movement?
Any heavy barbell exercise, cleans, deadlifts, push press… However heavy thrusters I can definitely do without
What’s your LEAST favorite WOD/movement?
Squat snatches… Mostly due because I get jealous watching people that have the mobility to do them
What is one interesting fact many people don’t know about you?
I played four years of baseball in college and this past year I was a Google Cloud All-American! I’ve always had competitiveness embedded in me and CrossFit is great because it gives me the ability to continue to compete and better myself!
