When did you join EverProven and what brought you here?
I joined in October of 2024. I was always a runner battling calf and achilles injuries. For the year leading up to joining everproven I was doing hiit workouts in my basement and getting frustrated because I wasn’t seeing results. I have family members who are members of a CrossFit gym in NC so my wife recommended I try to find a gym…a few people in our neighborhood went to everproven so I called, made an appointment for a consultation and the rest is history!

What do you like best about EverProven?
The coaching is world class! My mindset is to never be complacent. I can always improve…each coach is very unique in the way they instruct whether it’s with ques, reshowing the movement or walking you through each step. I love their commitment to their members and their passion to see people achieve goals they never thought they could! I also love the encouraging atmosphere and being part of a community!
Can you share a specific health improvement or positive change in your life that you attribute to EverProven?
Right before I started at everproven I gave up drinking. After joining it has continually inspired me to not go back. I feel great, sleep better and have more energy! I’ve lost 7% body fat, 10 pounds, and gained muscle mass.
What advice would you give to someone who is hesitant to try EverProven?
Give it a shot because No matter what your background in fitness is, EverProven will meet you where you’re at. If you’ve never stepped foot in a gym they provide easy ways to scale workouts and cater them to the level you’re at. If you’ve been doing CrossFit for a while the workouts are challenging, built for purpose and will help you get even stronger.
When you aren’t at the gym what is your favorite thing to do?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, being outdoors, going to the beach,, and watching my kids compete in cross country, Flag football and baseball/softball
What is one interesting fact many people don’t know about you?
One summer in college I ran over 900 miles in three months
