Hello EverProven CrossFit Family!

Just sending out a heads up on what we have going on in the near future and some ideas for the upcoming summer season.

First off, great job to everyone who attended and helped out during the Mock Weightlifting meet. It ran very smooth, especially for our first time. We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and the excitement surrounding the event. We would love to hold another one in a few months and see how much everyone has improved!


Starting on 5/4/15 every WOD will have an addition to the “skill” section.
We are adding a “safety” section where coaches will take a brief moment review iimportant material to keep your WOD injury free!


If you refer us a friend that signs up for a membership, you will get 1/2 off your next months membership! 2 Friends? Free months membership!
Have a friend that goes to another gym? Know someone sick of their routine? Send them our way before 5/31/15 with proof that they recently quit their gym and we will give them a FREE MONTH OF CROSSFIT!



​Keep your eyes peeled for 2, 1 week long CrossFit Kids camps that we will be hosting! Sessions will run M-F from 8am-4pm. The first session will run from July 13th-17th and the second from August 10th-14th.


Teens Only classes for athletes aged 13-17 are on their way! These classes will be similarly structured to the adult classes and will greatly rely on developing the teen into a healthy, fit adult.

Proven Sports Performance

We have teamed up with EverProven Athlete and former Professional Hockey Goalie Matt Carney to offer specific sports performance training and athletic development to local sports teams and individual athletes from youth to college level. Matt holds a prestigious certification as a National Strength and Conditioning Association CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and is eager to begin working with area athletes.
