When did you join EverProven and what brought you here?
My first class was Dec 12, 2024! I’ll never forget it. I knew CrossFit was a place of community. Being a military family, I am always searching for a place to meet people and feel a common connection. I used to do CrossFit when we were stationed in Key West, FL. It had been since 2020, so I was so nervous to get back into it but I was itching to get back to a community of like minded people!

What do you like best about EverProven?
Our coaches! They mean the absolute world to me. They’re so much more than just a coach — they’re a constant source of kindness, encouragement, and unwavering belief in me, even on the days I can’t see my own progress. They celebrate every little victory with genuine joy. Because of them, I’ve grown not only stronger physically, but also so much more confident and hopeful in every part of my life. Their dedication, patience, and big hearts have left a mark on me that I’ll carry forever. I feel incredibly lucky and thankful to have people like them guiding and cheering me on. All I ever want to do is make them proud. (insert happy tears)
Can you share a specific health improvement or positive change in your life that you attribute to EverProven?
My energy levels have soared, daily tasks feel easier, and I’ve noticed a significant boost in my mood and mental clarity. Physically, I’m stronger, leaner, and more resilient. Beyond the physical benefits, my confidence has grown, and I feel more in tune with my body than ever. Prioritizing making it to a workout at least 3 to 4 times a week was the first commitment to myself. It only amplified when I took the next step and added in nutrition coaching. That was a GAME changer. Then I was fueling my workouts, lifting heavier and body fat was decreasing every single week.
What advice would you give to someone who is hesitant to try EverProven?

I understand time management is so hard, and working out is hard to fit into busy schedules. At EP, you know you are giving your self the best workout in one hour! Lead with coaches that guide, challenge and protect you. Everyone starts somewhere — no matter your fitness level, the workouts can be scaled to meet you where you are. Don’t let intimidation be your stop sign. The hardest part for me was just walking through the door that first time — after that, I wondered what took me so long. You will be better at everything because of it. We don’t get a practice run with our life- Only one shot at it, prioritize your health.
When you aren’t at the gym what is your favorite thing to do?
I really can geek out with meal prepping. I love preparing for my days so that I don’t make too many unhealthy choices on a whim. My boys, Finnigan and Griffin, have me on constant adventures. We love the movies and paddle boarding. We spend most of our summer up on our families private island in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. There, we scour the shore for Sea glass, read good books and soak up our family.
What is one interesting fact many people don’t know about you?
I am a pure bred New Yorker! I was born in Queens. New York pizza is my nemesis, and omg , the garlic knots, if you know.. you know. I also often quote lines from the show “Friends” since I’ve seen every episode more than anyone ever should.
