SGX is Spartan Group Exercise. We train for obstacle course races and for resilience in life. Our workout class format is similar to a CrossFit class, with an emphasis on different skills and on aerobic endurance. Think more crawling, carrying, running, hanging, and swinging.

What is Spartan SGX?

Spartan SGX is an approachable and challenging group class for anyone interested in functional fitness. No one is required to sign up for obstacle course races to take this class. SGX can serve as an excellent foundation for your weekly fitness routine regardless of participation in the races. If you are an avid OCR athlete, this will prepare you to endure the elements and conquer the obstacles. Our Spartan SGX Certified Coach, Connor Yeaney, can help you to find and register for races. Our OCR community within EverProven is strong and growing. Run your next race with us!
