WHAT IS MISSION 22?
Mission 22 is a national nonprofit focused on ending veteran suicide. One of their programs funds fitness memberships and personal training for veterans battling PTSD, depression, and other service-related challenges. It’s real-world, practical help that gets vets moving, connected, and stronger.

THE WORKOUT CHALLENGE:
This year, gyms across the country are hosting the Mission 22 workout challenge. It’s not just a sweat session. It’s about awareness, community, and honoring those we’ve lost.

This year, EverProven Training and CrossFit in Dover, NH is proud to be a host location. We’ll be throwing down together, supporting an amazing cause, and spotlighting one of our own: Mathew Ridley.

MATHEW’S STORY:
Mathew is a veteran who came to us through the Phoenix class—a free, sober active community that uses fitness to help people in recovery and those dealing with trauma. Learn more about The Phoenix.

Through that first class, Mathew got connected to EverProven. With funding from Mission 22, he started personal training and joined our CrossFit program. That support helped him build confidence, feel better physically, and reconnect with a community.

WHY THIS MATTERS:
Veterans like Mathew don’t just need words. They need action, support, and access to healthy outlets like strength training. Programs like Mission 22 and The Phoenix are doing the work, and we’re here to help amplify it.

JOIN OUR COMMUNITY ON 8/22:
You don’t need to be a veteran to participate. You don’t need to “train for it.” Just show up. Do the work. Be part of the community.

In order for Mission 22 to continue supporting veterans, they need funds. Please help us raise money for this important organization by donating here.

For veterans, active duty, and those in recovery, we’ll also have info available about The Phoenix and how to access Mission 22 support.

Let’s move for something that matters.
