CrossFit

A CrossFit class is led by a qualified coach in a group setting, with both group and individual instruction. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, mobility, strength or skill work, and a Metcon (metabolic conditioning). All workouts can be scaled to fit any fitness level.

EverProven’s Legends Program is a CrossFit-based strength and conditioning class designed for athletes over 50. While CrossFit is inclusive for all, this program recognizes that our bodies have different needs as we age and adapts training to support longevity, strength, and mobility.

The Phoenix CrossFit class is free and open to anyone with 48 hours of sobriety. It offers a supportive, substance-free space where community and connection thrive. Rooted in The Phoenix’s mission, the class builds resilience through fitness and empowers individuals in recovery.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a weekly class focused on building core strength, improving flexibility, and developing a stronger mind-muscle connection. Through controlled movements and attention to alignment, athletes learn to move with greater stability and awareness, leading to cleaner lifts, better positioning, and more efficient movement patterns in CrossFit. This class is available to all current members with a CrossFit membership.
